During the challenge, I briefly mentioned that cardiovascular disease, heart attack, and stroke are prevalent in women and men. Here is the link to the short version of the video by the American Heart Association (AHA) educating us on women and heart attacks. This AHA video (and the longer version) is very well done - using a lighthearted approach to educate us on a very serious topic. I would not share so passionately about this dangerous disease if I did not have answers and education on the power of advanced prevention techniques.
