I just signed up for a "Brain Breakthroughs Masterclass" - it starts on Monday - I am so excited to not only have a healthy heart but also a healthy brain - bound and determined to beat those genes....I will let everyone know how it goes. Happy Friday Yall!

there was definitely a lot of material to cover but what I found most fascinating was to hear was just like cardiovascular disease we can beat the genes with Alzheimers and Dementia with diet and exercise (they literally said within 95-97%)! I like those odds don't you? One quote at the end said, "The best time to plant a fruit tree was 30 years ago, and the second best day to plant a fruit tree is today!" I equate that to my Dr Gina and life boat
