I have tried other natural things and just yuck yuck yuck. And please don't tell me just baking soda because that is even a bigger yuck for me....Happy Monday yall!

Are you eating within a narrow time window? This is a pic of my first meal of the day at 12:30 PM. I baked eggs in the oven with salt and butter and heated up bacon I had cooked yesterday. Delicious. I will have one more meal and finish eating it no later than 8:30 PM for a 16 hour fasting window.

My “road-tripping” food pales in comparison to Sonya, Roberta and ET. Yet I did prep and it was delicious! On the menu: Steak bites wrapped in provolone cheese, and for dessert full fat yogurt with dark chocolate, salt and a walnut. Black coffee in the thermos. I threw the food in a cooler woth ice packs before I left home bag and it hits the spot while sitting in this parking lot! ❤️
