I threw the food in a cooler woth ice packs before I left home bag and it hits the spot while sitting in this parking lot! ❤️

I have found myself hanging out in the "self help" section of Barnes and Noble, last night I purchased three more books, "The 5 AM Club" by Robin Sharma, "Good Energy" by Casey Means, and "Outlive" by Peter Attia. Our dear family friend just had quadruple bypass surgery and his cardiac surgeon told him to read "Outlive", I asked him to please join this group and get on Dr. Gina's patient list in addition to reading the book.

Oh my goodness, I have been MIA for weeks if not months, but I am making it a priority to check in every day and see what and how everyone is doing. We recently purchased an infrared sauna and I am loving it for detoxification. When I am in the sauna being "healthy" I am reading "self help" books for a lack of a better word. Of course the first book I read in the sauna was "How to Beat the Heart Attack Gene", but up now is "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, and oh my goodness it is so good. He says "Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results". This in my opinion is right on track with Gina Pritchard and Lora Hooper!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
